Have you ever been part of a team, which, despite all the efforts, consistently fails to deliver? Or lucky enough to be involved in a team that just works – able to deliver on the task every time while maintaining supportive, co-operative relationships? Our program, Building High Performing Teams, helps teams demystify the science behind this by providing them with the understanding, tools and methods to enable diverse people to work together collaboratively and creatively. Inspired from Dr. Meredith Belbin’s study of Team Roles and from a life story of a famous expeditioner – Sir Ernest Shackleton, this powerful program will bring a team together.
The core of every successful team is Trust and Shared Vision. The program focuses on these important aspects to enable leaders/team members to develop a culture of trust, responsibility, collaboration and passion to achieve desired results. It also helps participants diagnose the strengths and development areas that each member brings to the team. The diversity of characters and personality of the team leads to flexibility and resilience even in adverse situations. While achieving the above said objectives, the program also enables team members to resolve conflict as well as building compassion and responsibility for others.
As a result of these virtues, great teams can be put together, existing teams can be understood and improved, and everyone can truly make a difference by adding value to the success of the organization.
Program Objectives:
