Fostering Teamwork and Nurturing Collaboration

Today’s teams are different from those in the past. They are far more diverse, dispersed, digital, and dynamic with frequent changes in membership. As teams face new hurdles, their success still hinges on a core set of fundamentals for group collaboration.

To appreciate what inspires and unites a team – a culture of trust, respect, collaboration and passion to win, with fun being at the core, is extremely crucial. Our Program, Fostering Teamwork and Nurturing Collaboration, helps participants to embark on a journey to synergize, believe each person in the team is a linchpin, create an environment of trust and collaboration that facilitates passion to win, and where values act as both a foundation and a compass.

The program leverages the concept of Dr Patrick Lencioni’s – 5 Dysfunctions of a Team. It consists of a series of interventions that helps to reflect within oneself, radiate the vibe needed for the team, coin the shared mindset and, ultimately, develop the desired culture. The purpose of the interventions is to understand the ‘why’ — from the inside out, internalizing and exemplifying what the team stands for.
