Today’s fast-paced environment, economic crisis, globalization and VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) world are putting more and more challenges on organizations than ever before. Our program, Journey to Effectiveness is based on the proven principles of best-selling business book, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Dr Stephen Covey which has helped many organizations achieve sustained superior results by focusing on making individuals and leaders more effective. Participants gain hands-on experience, applying timeless principles that yields greater productivity, improves communications, strengthens relationships, increases influence and results in laser-like focus on critical priorities.

Program Content:
Journey to Effectiveness has been phased out in three parts. Effective individuals win two victories in life: Private Victory when they learn self-mastery and self-discipline, and Public Victory when they build deep and enduring relationships with others. As they progress in this journey, they move from being dependent on others to independence and finally to interdependence, where they reap the rewards of superb cooperation and collaboration.
- Moving from Dependence to Independence- Private Victory: In this phase, the focus is on enabling the participants to:

Program Duration:
The program could be conducted in two ways-
- 3 days face to face program, or
- 3 months long progressive journey comprising of 6 days face to face sessions (2 days per month)
Note: Learning would be reinforced through book reviews, activities, short peer-to-peer learning assignments, reading material, quiz etc. dovetailed in between the sessions over 3 months. This would enable the participants to assimilate and inculcate the learning in their personal and professional lives at a much deeper level.
