Leading with credibility is a signature leadership program, driven by the belief that leadership is a collective activity that requires mutual inquiry and learning. When a leader demonstrates credibility, people work collaboratively across organizational boundaries with openness and candour. Together, they are far more successful in adapting to rapid changes, drawing on the wisdom and insights of internal experts and that of external partners and stakeholders.
The program would enable leaders to advance their strategic decision-making capabilities, to think creatively about current competitive opportunities and solutions. In addition, it aspires to help participants deepen their understanding of organizational dynamics to improve the design and implementation of initiatives, assignments and projects with responsibility and personal commitments.
Program Objectives:
The participants would learn and discuss ways to –
- Develop a mindset of Abundance and win-win interactions
- Create an environment that promotes mutual trust by building trusting relationships
- Seek synergistic perspectives to promote decision making by leveraging divergent points of view
- Establish effective ways to bring about healthy conflict and support conflict resolution
- Accept responsibility for one’s actions and hold employees to the same standard
- Value differences, practice empathy to achieve the desired synergy
