My Inner Compass

There is only one corner of the Universe you can be certain of improving, and that is your OWN SELF. 

Our program, My Inner Compass, enables participants to believe that the best way to improve the organization is to improve oneself and the best way to empower the organization is to empower self. This Inside-Out approach starts with self and reveals how true happiness and leadership depends on intrinsic motivation and satisfaction.

The core of this program is to support the participants to discover and become aligned with their intrinsic motivation. This can be obtained by the amalgamation of Self-Awareness, moving from Accountability to Ownership mindset, Aligning Systems and Clarifying Purpose. Self-Awareness and Accountability to Ownership paradigm shift would lead the participants to reveal their core, unearth their shadows and finally turn them into strengths. Aligning Systems and Clarifying Purpose would equip participants in becoming more effective, mindful and aid in envisioning the larger picture. 

My Inner Compass is a journey that brings a unique background of experience and serves as a valuable personal and interpersonal learning.

Program Objectives: 

The program leads the participants to:

  • Personal Effectiveness – Develop an understanding of a principle-centred approach to personal effectiveness
  • Interdependent Leadership – Demonstrate an understanding of interdependent leadership and management through reflective exercises
  • Creative Problem Solving – Build a proactive approach towards problems by leveraging the Four Human Endowments–creative imagination, conscience, independent will and self-awareness.
  • Efficiency at workplace – Become aware and gain clarity about what is important to you and escape the distractors that hinder your efficiency

Duration:

4-month journey which includes 4 face to face sessions of 2 days each. (2 days per month i.e. 18 hours per month) with short learning assignments in between the sessions for reinforcing the learning.
