Today, the world is in the middle of digital revolution with fluctuating macroeconomic fundamentals and continuous disruptive changes on the regulatory front. All these factors are leading to rise in competition and uneven distribution of workload in various sectors. While employees recognize the need for pre-emptive controls, the volume and complexity of the current scenario is directing life towards a stress-prone zone. To ensure unwavering clarity of mind and to keep up with the changes around us, it is crucial to become proactive and become aware about our self and our surroundings.
Stress-less has been designed and developed to enable the participants to identify what stress is and how we can cope with it in our daily lives. It guides the participants through steps to identify and track their stress level and practice a variety of strategies to counteract stress. The core intent behind the program is not only helping participants with techniques to manage stress but to empower them to manage their core, which when in line will help them to effectively manage stress in their day-to-day life.

- Identify their stress level, track causes of stress and take appropriate measures
- Focus on managing Self to manage stress
- Proactively change lifestyle elements to reduce stress and enhance decision making capability
- Critical thinking and Creative problem-solving approach
