Krupa Rajagopalan is the wind beneath the wings of Artth. She is an all-rounder who manages the business development and marketing on one hand, and is ever keen on contributing to and further learning the art of facilitation and science of content development.

Always knowing that she wanted to work for the happiness of her fellow beings, she has decided to dedicate her skills to the field of People and Organizational Development.

On treading one’s own path

After having prepared for the Civil Services Exam, Krupa has decided to embark on an entrepreneurial journey by joining Artth Transformational Services. Always seeking intellectual stimulus, she is extremely passionate about finding ways to bring sustained positive change, both from within oneself and in society. Her insatiable curiosity has her exploring Inner Work, Organizational Development and Behavioral Economics. She aspires to design empowering interventions for young students and programs for adults which bring to life the wisdom of Inner Guidance incorporated with the demands of   current realities.
