Paritosh Sharan is an experienced and certified Executive & Life Coach, Organizational Development Consultant, Counsellor, a Motivational Speaker, Master Practitioner and Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). His purpose is to remain dedicated towards the mission of transformation of the individuals and organisations together for a blissful tomorrow. His expertise lies in using pragmatic techniques to make people reconnect with their inner wisdom and instincts to then facilitate effective and sustained discovery and realization of one’s true potential.

An Embodiment of answering one’s Inner Call

He has worked for over 22 years and has gained rich corporate experience in leading Organisations such as Tata Steel, Satyam Computers, Oracle Corporation, HCL Technologies and Tech Mahindra etc. His associations in his entire career include, but is not limited to industry domains such as Manufacturing, Communication, BFSI, Engineering and Construction, IT and ITES, Government and Education, Business Consulting, Media and Healthcare Sectors. He gained valuable insights on people, several industries and the all-pervading diversity by working in various functions which traverse from Plant Operations and Maintenance, Supply Chain, Business Process Engineering, IT Strategy Consulting, CRM Consulting, Partner Alliances Management, Project Management etc.

Throughout, there was a strong undercurrent of curiosity to know more about the development of human behaviour and how to make them achieve their true potential. Over the years, Paritosh’s belief in the innate goodness of humans and capacity to blossom only kept getting stronger. He had not only found his purpose but also uncovered a suitable path. He soon changed hats and forewent a successful corporate career to fully dedicate his time to Facilitation and Coaching.

As a philosophy, Paritosh believes in the non-duality or oneness of the universe from which originates true love and compassion binding everything with an invisible force. He also believes that by realising this completeness or the wholeness within, one can harness one’s true nature and potential to live a life in harmony with expressed and non-expressed world. He practices what he preaches and that’s what helps him connect with people at a much deeper level.

An expert in human behaviour and an ardent believer in using pragmatic methodologies, Paritosh is a coach with a calming presence and therapeutic effect. In his programs, he enables people gain a greater understanding of who they are, what drives them and how their beliefs influences their leadership behaviour. He then guides them on how to use this information to help them rise to the challenges they face and seize the opportunities that arise. He helps people and teams see how to do what they know is instinctively right – but maybe lack the confidence or ideas to attempt on their own. For his clients this helps them get better results. For himself, every program is a learning experience and one step further in his mission.

As on date, he has done more than 700 hours of Coaching & Counselling for various individuals and executives at various levels. He is also a Business Partner of Praendex Management Resources Pvt. Ltd. a member firm of PI Worldwide, a leading Behaviour and Skills Assessment and Analytics Company.

A man of varied interests, Paritosh is also very fond of Yoga, Meditation, Long walks and Photography.
