Our coaching process begins with helping the client understand their current situation from an objective point of view. We define a scope of relationship, identify priorities and establish specific milestones which lead to the desired outcomes. Coaching is a broad system which requires specific tools to work efficiently as per the context of the client. With our experience with both large corporate audience and individual client coaching, we have defined our tools which helps us conduct the process efficiently to deliver great results for the client.

Coaching Duration

Coaching is a personalized process of unlocking your inner potential and requires personalized approach for each client. Due to this, the duration of the coaching also varies based on each client’s requirements and preferences. The first session is usually conducted through a face-to-face meeting or a teleconference call and according to the interaction, we define the duration of coaching and schedule the coaching sessions. Usually, focused coaching requires an engagement timeline of 4 to 6 months to work.

However, clients find it beneficial to continue their coaching for a longer period based on their needs.
