Attending the Deservability Workshop organized by Artth and spending those days reflecting on my behavioral patterns and decisions has been a life changing experience. I am more conscious of myself and my surroundings now. I think twice before judging myself and others. My outlook to life at home and at work has become far more pragmatic in a constructive manner.
